An author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the non-student rate. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one registration is valid for up to 4 papers;
Your IEEE memberships must be entered in EDAS (EDAS - Edit Profile - Add Society Membership), including your SPS membership, in order to gain access to the reduced rates;
Unpaid registration are NOT valid, and do not bring any benefit. On-site registration is strongly discouraged.

Full Registration includes access to all SPAWC 2019 sessions, including Keynotes, the Welcome Reception, Coffee Breaks, and access to the online technical proceedings. Lunch will be available for all conference attendees.
Gala Dinner
Registration to the conference banquet is available for all people who register to SPAWC 2019. The ticket to access the conference banquet costs 10€. More information about the conference banquet can be found here.
ATTENTION: it is essential that you actively click on the separate registration for the gala dinner, otherwise your SPAWC registration will not include the dinner.
We kindly bring to your attention that the facilities for SPAWC 2019 social program are limited in capacity. Priority for registration will be given to presenters of papers. We also offer the possibility to buy extra banquet dinner to accompanying guests, however within the limits imposed by the restaurant capacity.
