Special Shuttle Service from Nice Airport on July 2nd!

Dear SPAWC 2019 attendees, in case you are flying into Nice Airport on July 2nd, we are happy to announce that we have set up a free shuttle service for all conference attendees (and their guests).

Please look for the bus with “SPAWC 2019” indication at the bus station of Terminal 1 at Nice Airport. The shuttle service is run by bus company “TACAVL”. The bus will take you directly to the conference hotel (attention, no stop at other city hotels).

The departure times will be: 12.30, 14.30 and 16.30.

Note that if you are flying into Terminal 2, there is a free shuttle service to Terminal 1 every couple of minutes.

This is a best effort service and we apologize in advance if the above timetable does not closely match your flight arrival times.

LAST MINUTE UPDATE

Note that the last shuttle departing from T1 will be asked to make a detour via T2 Bus Station (“Gare Routière” in French) after its departure 16.30 from T1, in order to pick up potential attendees from T2.

Hence if your flight arrives (early enough) on T2 and you are intending to take the 16.30 shuttle, you can just wait for it at T2 Bus Station where it will arrive some minutes later.

A SPAWC volunteer will carry a SPAWC sign near the bus/terminal.
