Welcome Reception
The SPAWC 2019 welcome reception will be held at the Accorhotel Cannes Montfleury Hotel (conference venue) on Tuesday, July 2nd starting from 6pm.
Banquet Dinner
The SPAWC 2019 banquet dinner will take place on Thursday, July 4th at Plage Keller - Restaurant Le César, on the famed Cap d’Antibes, a 30-40 min bus ride from Cannes.
A welcome cocktail will be served at the beachfront starting from 8pm. It will be followed by a gourmet seated dinner based on local cuisine from the French Riviera.
The complimentary bus transfer will leave from outside the Accorhotel Cannes Montfleury Hotel (conference venue). Please be at the meeting point by 19:00 and bring your conference badge and dinner ticket. After the dinner, the bus transfer will leave from Plage Keller - Restaurant le César back to the Accorhotel Cannes Montfleury Hotel, where it is expect to arrive before midnight.
NB: We kindly remind you that the conference registration does not automatically include the banquet dinner. Due to the venue’s limited capacity, the ticket to access the banquet dinner costs a symbolic 10€, including bus transfer, for attendance monitoring purposes. It is thus essential that you actively click on the separate registration item for the banquet dinner when registering for the conference on EDAS. If you have already completed your registration but forgot to add the banquet ticket, you can still do so by modifying your conference registration on EDAS (subject to availability).
